Welcome To The Leadbetter Junior Golf Academy (LJGA)

LJGA opened its doors in 2017 in Orlando, Florida, and provides exceptional golf instruction and international education for its students. The program offers boarding as well as non-boarding options for students and is based on a dynamic schedule of education, golf-instruction, fitness and social learning.

LJGA enjoys a partnership with ADIDAS and Windermere Preparatory School, located only 20 minutes away from campus, which is part of the globally renowned Nord Anglia education group offering programs like MIT curricula for science, and programs from Julliard for its music courses.

A Letter From David Leadbetter

Throughout my years teaching, I’ve had the opportunity to work with players of all ages but helping junior players to be their best has always been uniquely rewarding.

In 1992, The David Leadbetter Junior Golf Academy was born, attracting young players from all over the world whether college or professional golf was their aim. Many world-class players came out of the program, including the likes of Paula Creamer, Jessica Korda, Julieta Granada, Sean O’Hair, Chen Tsung Pan, and Emiliano Grillo. In fact, many of today’s junior golf academies took direct inspiration from our original model, with a vast number of the world’s top junior golf coaches graduating through the Leadbetter Teaching Certification Program.

By reason of popular demand and my desire to, once again, revolutionize the junior golf program space, I’m excited to announce that the NEW David Leadbetter Junior Golf Academy will open at our state-of-the-art facility at ChampionsGate, Orlando, Florida in 2017. With our years of experience, I along with my team have designed a holistic program to guarantee that young players reach their full potential in golf as in life.

The David Leadbetter name has been synonymous with instructional excellence for over three decades. We have helped professionals win dozens of PGA and LPGA tournaments, including 22 major championships, along with helping thousands of amateurs enjoy the game.

We have always focused a lot of our attention on helping young golfers to achieve their dreams.
